The food was good, but the service was not. The delivery guy arrived a half hour after the confirmed delivery time. I had to call the restaurant to confirm that they actually received my order.

Pizza was cold, delivered over an hour after the expected delivery time (It was to be delivered only a few blocks away and ordered just a pizza!). I called several times to inquire about my order but no answer on the phone. Pizza wasn't worth the wait.

I love their food, but they are ALWAYS late and the food is cold. When I call, they are rude, and the drivers never admit to late deliveries or cold food. It is very disappointing, as a consumer.

I previously had their food (in-store) and thought it was good but this order was a disaster. I live 2.5 blocks from the place and the order was over 1 hour late. I don't think my pizza had all the ingredients on it and didn't taste that good

Horrible experience. Took 1hr and 45 minutes for the food to arrive. When the food finally arrived, the driver had the nerve to call up and ask me to come down and get it in the cold rain. In addition, the food was cold. After all this, the driver asked for a tip?!?!?!

Have only ordered subs from this place and it's always been good and the delivery is fast. Only complaint would be they put the food in styrofoam containers, which creates moisture and can soggy up the food. Also don't seem to season the meat in a cheesesteak, which is odd. This place is a great delivery spot for subs and I'll have to try some of their other stuff out too.
